produces more than fifteen different wines using vinifera, French hybrid, and Native
American vines. You'll notice that we pay special attention to wine and food
pairings. Just look at some of our mouth-watering suggestions. And we're proud
that our wines have won many awards in state, national, and international wine
competitions. All of our wines are produced from grapes
grown in Missouri. In fact, nearly 100% of the grapes we use for winemaking come from
vineyards that are under our direct control and management. This translates into the
highest level of quality assurance.
Situated high atop Osage Ridge,
400 feet above the Missouri River, Montelle is in the Augusta Appellation Wine
District. With a glorious view of the Missouri River, the village of Augusta and the
surrounding wine-growing region, and with a wonderful array of wines to please any
palette, Montelle is the perfect place for a weekend visit.
