Cherry "Eau de Vie"

"Eau de Vie" is French for Water of Life.  This fine distilled product is made from 100% fresh cherries picked at the peak of ripeness, we use only the purest part of the distillation, called the heart, to produce this product. It takes approximately 8 pounds of cherries to make the brandy in this bottle. Eau de Vie can be enjoyed many ways, it can be served chilled or at room temperature as an aperitif or as a digestive. It can also be used as an ingredient to enhance flavors in gourmet cooking, let your imagination go wild!
