Grappa

Grappa is made from a combination of red grape skins and wine removed from the wine tanks at the end of fermentation. In our Grappa we focus on the pure aromas and flavors of the fruit and use only enough grape skins to add a hint of the traditional aroma and taste. The wine grapes that we use in this fine distilled product are the same grapes that we use in our premium wines; we use only the purest part of the distillation called the heart to produce this product. Grappa can be enjoyed at room temperature as a digestive by itself of with coffee or espresso.
