Grappa de Traminette

 This fine distilled product is made from 100% Traminette grapes harvested at the peak of ripeness, we use only the purest part of the distillation called the heart to produce this product. It takes approximately 8 pounds of grapes to make the brandy in this bottle. Eau de Vie can be enjoyed many ways; it can be served chilled or at room temperature as an aperitif or as a digestive. It can also be used as an ingredient to enhance flavors in gourmet cooking, let your imagination go wild!
