Peach "Eau de Vie"

 Eau de Vie is French for Water of Life. This fine distilled product is made from 100% fresh peaches harvested at the peak of ripeness, we use only the purest part of the distillation called the heart to produce this product. It takes approximately 8 pounds of peaches to make the brandy in this bottle. Eau de Vie can be enjoyed many way, it can be served chilled or at room temperature as an aperitif or as a digestive after dinner. It can also be used as an ingredient to enhance flavors in gourmet cooking, let your imagination go wild!
